A clear agreement for creating together.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and Donefeed. In these Terms, “Donefeed,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Donefeed service and its operator. By creating an account or using Donefeed, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and provide accurate account information. If you use Donefeed for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access links and credentials secure. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan, workspace, usage, or security limits.

3. Plans, AI usage, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the monthly or yearly interval you select until canceled. Before you authorize payment, checkout displays the plan, recurring price, billing interval, included AI usage, material limits, and cancellation terms. By completing checkout, you expressly authorize the recurring charge shown there.

Output estimates are approximate because research, image generation, reference analysis, fact-checking, cleanup, and repeated AI edits have different provider costs. Included AI usage refreshes monthly, including on yearly plans, and does not roll over. One-time usage boosts remain available for 12 months unless checkout states otherwise. Manual editing, sharing, and export of existing work do not consume AI usage.

An eligible first-touch referral gives a new monthly subscriber 20% off the first monthly payment. On an annual plan, the first annual payment receives a fixed credit equal to 20% of that plan's monthly list price. The offer applies once, does not change renewal pricing, cannot be self-referred, and may not be combined with another Checkout discount. You can cancel online at any time from the pricing and billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Other promotion codes apply only as stated at checkout. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or plan limits with reasonable advance notice before the change applies to a renewal.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, templates, projects, and final content you provide or create, subject to rights held by others. You grant Donefeed the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, back up, and deliver that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for reviewing final copy, facts, claims, media, licenses, disclosures, and platform rules before publishing. AI output and web results can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subject to third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Donefeed to violate law or another person's rights; mislead people about material facts; distribute malware; evade access controls; scrape or overload the service; impersonate others; create sexual content involving minors; or generate content intended to facilitate violence, fraud, or abuse. We may restrict content or accounts that create legal, safety, or operational risk.

6. AI, sources, and third-party services

Donefeed relies on AI, search, image, payment, authentication, email, and hosting providers. Their availability and outputs can change. Links and source candidates are provided for convenience and do not transfer copyright, publicity, trademark, or other rights to you.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep projects durable and background jobs resumable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue features. During testing, features may be slower, incomplete, or reset with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donefeed is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Donefeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Donefeed during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Donefeed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.

10. Law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived. We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here and will apply prospectively.
